Goal 1 : Scale It Up

  • Speed up feasibility studies for any building type.
  • Give designers and builders optimised building physics data at the start of the design process - not as an afterthought.

Goal 2 : Pre-Designed PassivHaus Homes

  • Create The PassivCollection, a selection of pre-modelled, certifiable single-dwelling PassivHaus designs.
  • Give builders and homeowners access to world-class energy-efficient homes without the time lag and risk of the traditional custom design process.
  • High-quality, architecturally designed homes with the scale and cost efficiency of volume builders.

Goal 3 : Multi-Residential and Soft Density Solutions

  • Expand into multi-residential projects, offering a catalogue of designs focused on smart urban infill.
  • Perfect for small to medium property developers. Our system moves fast, making early-stage feasibility seamless - because financially viable projects should also be sustainable.

Goal 4 : 10,000 PassivHaus Rental Homes

  • We’re taking matters into our own hands. We’re not waiting around for policy changes - just action. The plan? Build 10,000 PassivHaus homes across Australia, with a strong focus on regional areas.

Our last goal is more than sustainability - it’s about equity. Inspired by European housing models, our framework pegs rent to a percentage of household income, ensuring access to healthy, energy-efficient homes for everyone. Affordability and circumstance shouldn’t have a direct correlation with quality of housing. Just because you can’t buy a home doesn’t mean you should be subjected to a poorly built, inefficient rental.

By showing that this model works, we’ll set a new standard - one that inspires other landlords to rise with our tide.
